 On the page titled "Supporting Democracy" at the Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI), there's a link where you can "read about examples of success stories."  Click on it and this is what you get:

An error (404 Not Found) has occured in response to this request.

Hi, it looks like you stumbled upon an archived link for the MEPI website. Our website, http://www.mepi.state.gov, was revamped earlier this year but is still under construction by the MEPI team.
